Spent the day with my mom. She got D a book about rocks and minerals with a little examination kit and he has been trying it out and rock hunting in the backyard.
Oh how fun! My little one got these giant plastic bugs and these fact sheet cards about them for his birthday. I have a feeling we will be doing something similar with BUGS this summer.....I think I envy your rock exploration, LOL!!! I like the photos, they tell the story well!!
