Shot these in raw. It took a lot more tweaking than I'm used to, and my w/b was super off somehow sooc (Although I used my expodisc, I wonder if I accidentally didn't get it set...I have found that's easy to do with my camera's menu). The w/b sooc was very cool, so I'm hoping I didn't overdo warming them up. These are cropped a little closer than I had envisioned, but I didn't want the distraction of the floor in the shots and D had something in his hands he was playing with to help keep him interested.

These are awesome portraits! Whenever I use my expodisc my shots always seem cooler than normal also. These look perfect though.
ReplyDeleteThese are fantastic!! Great skin tones and catchlights. My expodisc makes everything so cool too!
ReplyDeleteColor looks great to me...not too warm at all. I seem to like my images on the warm side. Great lighting with the different skintones.
ReplyDeleteI'm with everyone above, super portraits and white balance looks just fine!
ReplyDeleteThese portraits are awesome!! Skin tones are great! He looks like a real young gentleman:) I also like the background!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Moyca! The background was just his comforter hung over two dining chairs..:-)
